Of course! After you place your order, we'll send you a link to your Director's Guide. Here, you'll be able to choose how you'd like your music, titles, sound effects and so on! If you would prefer for us to take the lead, this is also okay!

Absolutely! Each photo should be counted as 1 video as it will still be processed and edited in the same way.

You can pick a copyright song for personal use or use our KaSa license to pick a song from Artlist.

Once we've processed your order, we'll email you a private link to upload your videos to our dropbox. If you're having trouble uplading, we'll post you a USB to copy your videos onto with a pre-paid returns envelope.

Yes. We use a dropbox service for you to upload your videos to. All videos and edits are on encrypted drives.

We will begin editing as soon as we have all of your videos. The turnaround time begins from this date. SLA's may differ depending on the size of the edit so you can find this information on our product listings.

We will always do what we can to fit in more of your wonderful vids, but we may need to charge a little extra. Contact us and we'll let you know the best way to go about it.

Absolutely! We'll be in touch when we receive your videos and when we have your first draft ready.

Absolutely - When your 1st draft is ready, we'll send it to you and you can give us notes for your final draft!

If you need any additional changes after this, we'll let you know if there are any additional charges.

Your video will be sent as a digital file (Vimeo & WeTransfer). If your package comes with a gift box or if you've added one at checkout, this will be posted with your USB.

Yes! We know your memories might be private; that's we use encrypted USB's. In the unlikely event that your package goes missing, don't worry, no one will be able to access your videos or your finished edit.

Your final edit is your responsbility when it comes to sharing it. Our recommendation would be to check if you can use the music publicly and if everyone in the video is comfortable with it being shown to others.
